If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the product, then return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full merchandise credit. All returns must be made within the 14 day viewing period, and  must be shipped with an insured carrier, insured for their full retail value. You must include a copy of the invoice with your return, marking on it exactly what you are returning. You are responsible for the product until we receive it back. Please keep all tracking information until you have received a credit memo from NIMCO in the mail.   Customized products are non-returnable.
